E. Slaughter near IH-35, Austin, Tx

This cross has been here for a couple weeks now. It's on the medium on E. Slaughter, within site of IH-35 and across from Home Depot and U-Haul. There is no writing that I can see but that is a solar powered light in front, wrapped in red and white stripes. Have not seen a Cross yet with it's own night light, so seeing this one evening was a first.
