Now on Instagram!

I now have an account on Instagram where I will posting photos of markers and markings of various types that I come across in my travels. Look for me as tx_markers

Mission

Many monuments, markers and memorials along our roads remind us of fallen soldiers, great leaders or dramatic events. We can include the unofficial crosses and shrines that we see which are much more personal. They memorialize friends, families and loved ones. People who may not be as visible to the general public but are definitely not forgotten by the people who knew them.

I will be posting these markers and memorials, both official as well as the unofficial ones found along side our roadways.
