The File Cabinet Of Curiosities

I found The File Cabinet Of Curiosities blog which has a category for Roadside Memorials. There are several of Pre's Rock and a couple others from Texas.

Mission

Many monuments, markers and memorials along our roads remind us of fallen soldiers, great leaders or dramatic events. We can include the unofficial crosses and shrines that we see which are much more personal. They memorialize friends, families and loved ones. People who may not be as visible to the general public but are definitely not forgotten by the people who knew them.

I will be posting these markers and memorials, both official as well as the unofficial ones found along side our roadways.
